When To Book

• Our calendar opens on a monthly basis.

  • The 26th of the prior month at 6pm.

Hair Preperation/Information

• Hair must be fully detangled, blow-dried and free of any oils for all braided styles.

• Hair must be 3 inches or longer.

• Wash and Blow-Dry is included for Weave/Wig Installations services only.

• Hair is provided for all braided styles.

• Bundles can be provided/purchased via text.

• For Weave installations, 3 bundles are needed. 4 Bundles= +$10

• We are a home-based salon, so no extra guest are prohibited.

Arrival

• We kindly request that you allocate an additional 5-10 minutes for your arrival to allow for time to locate the venue and parking.

• Upon arrival, please send a text message to your stylist to indicate your presence. Your stylist will then notify you when it's time to enter the salon.

Late Policy

• There is a 15 minutue grace period.

  • 15 minutes late = $15 fee

  • 20 minutues late = Appointment Cancelled and deposit forfeited.

• Please note that if the stylist is able to accommodate your service after a delay of 20 minutes, a $50 fee will be added to your service.

• Rescheduling appointments can be done through the booking website

  • If canceling please do so 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Outside Hours Appointments

• Our business hours are Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30-11:30pm / Saturday: 7am-8pm.

• Please be advised that scheduling appointments outside of regular stylist hours will incur an additional fee. Appointments before 7am and appointments after 8pm on Saturdays will incur a $40 fee.

• Squeeze in/Same day appointments will incur a +$60 fee.

Payment

• A $40 Non- Refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and is deducted from remaining balance.

• Remaining balances are accepted through Zelle and cash only.
